Renewing Your California Liquor License

Renewing your California liquor license on time is mandatory in order to avoid penalties and risk revocation. You should receive a renewal notice from the ABC prior to your renewal date but note that even if you do not receive the notice, you are still responsible for renewing your license and paying all required fee prior to the due date.

Late fees can become very steep, including a potential 100% penalty if you are more than 90 days past due.
